REFUND POLICY Once you take possession of your new mattress it becomes your property and all sales are FINAL. No Refunds are given on mattress purchases.
EXCHANGE POLICY Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster & Sealy Hybrid models have a 90-Day Comfort Exchange. If within that time you wish to exchange your mattress, there is a $175 Re-handling Fee plus a $99 Re-Delivery Fee. Exchanged mattress must be of equal or greater value. No refunds given if a less expensive mattress is chosen. Only ONE comfort exchange is allowed per purchase. No exchange or refund given on any linen products.
EXCHANGE POLICY All other Sealy, Diamond or Malouf mattresses DO NOT have a Comfort Exchange option.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
DELIVERY & SETUP SERVICE Delivery, Setup and Removal of your old mattress is included in the price of your new mattress purchase within a 30-Mile Radius of our store. We charge $99.00 Delivery Charge if you live between 31 to 60 Miles from our store. For deliveries over 60 Miles, we will negotiate terms and pricing.
SALES TAX Out-of-state orders that are shipped will not be charged sales tax. It is the responsibility of the end user to report the sale to their tax professional. We collect the appropriate sales tax in the county (NV or CA) in which the merchandise is delivered. All product picked up in the store is charged Washoe county sales tax which is 8.265%.
